Fees & Practical Information

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 12 hours' notice.

Appointments cancelled with less than 12 hours' notice, or missed appointments, may be charged at the full session fee.

Each appointment allows up to 3 reschedules; additional changes may incur an extra processing fee. 

A 15-minute grace period will be provided on the session day, and failure to show up without informing will result in a full charge.
